Job description

100% remote | W2 employment | $40 - $56/hour | Flexible Scheduling

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

  • Clinical rate: $40-$56/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.

Schedule and flexibility:

Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. We have part-time hourly opportunities available, and PRN availability varies by market and current hiring needs. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.

What you'll do:

  • Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population

  • Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform

  • Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement

  • Complete all documentation accurately and on time

  • Participate in required training and team communication

  • Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

Requirements:

  • CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number

  • Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

  • Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms

  • Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings

  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently

  • Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
