We are seekingthree experienced TIG Weldersto join our growing manufacturing operation in Marietta, GA. This position focuses onthin-gauge metal fabricationand requires exceptional welding control, precision, and attention to detail.

This isnot an entry-level position. Qualified candidates must have hands-on TIG welding experience and successfully complete anon-site weld test.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on thin-gauge metal materials
• Produce clean, accurate, high-quality welds
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient

Required Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience
• Experience welding thin-gauge metals
• Experience using a foot pedal during TIG welding operations
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds
• Must provide your own steel-toe boots and welding hood

Preferred Qualifications

• Stainless steel TIG welding experience
• Manufacturing or production welding experience
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Important Information

• Welding certifications alone do not qualify candidates for this role
• All applicants must complete an on-site TIG weld test using scrap material
• Demonstrated hands-on TIG welding ability is required
• Candidates who cannot demonstrate experience welding thin metals will not be considered
