In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, working with fiberglass materials to create high-quality products. ## Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain fiberglass production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Prepare and mix resin and fiberglass materials according to specifications.

• Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fiberglass or composites is a plus.

• Previous experience in fiberglass production or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

• Basic understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
