What You’ll Be Doing:
⚙️ Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals
???? Load and unload materials into production equipment
???? Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
???? Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures
????️ Make basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
???? Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
✔️ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔️ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
