Join us at Tire Engineers. We are one of the leading automotive service providers in the South with over 70 locations.
Due to our continued success, we are seeking a business-oriented and experienced Retail Service Manager to play a key leadership position. Service managers are the heartbeat of an auto tire and repair facility. They are responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Service managers are members of the shop management team, collaborating with the store manager to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business. Estimate building, work flow and time management are key roles of this position. Experience and Skills 3-5 years auto service technical experience One year or more years as Service Manager or Writer experience Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment ASE Service Consultant Certification preferred College degree/coursework a plus Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen Effective communication and interpersonal skills An Equal Opportunity Employer-M/F/D/V.
