Lee Health Heart Institute is looking for Advanced Practice Providers that are passionate about Cardiology to join our team!

The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information

We have multiple offices throughout the Lee County area that service our community and ensure quality care at the Lee Health acute care hospitals. The Inpatient/Outpatient Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider positions provide a great opportunity to provide a mix of care in the clinic a few days a week with inpatient consults, care and treatment built into the schedule. The successful candidate will be interested in providing comprehensive and preventive care to their patients. This is specific to the Medical Plaza One Heart Institute and HealthPark Medical Center.

• Day Shift – Monday–Friday with call and weekend coverage (hours will vary based on clinic)
• Practices have strong clinical support using team based care
• Hybrid role seeing both in-patients and clinic appointments
• EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings

Qualifications

• Board Certified APRN (Acute‑Care pathway preferred) or PA
• Active license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain this license prior to start)
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Experience preferred but not required
