Bilingual Office Assistant

Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and payroll-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and employees in both English and Spanish.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and office inquiries.
• Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with payroll processing using Work Yard and QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support scheduling, office organization, and other administrative functions as needed.
• Ensure professional communication and customer interactions at all times.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience with office administration and basic payroll functions preferred.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Professional appearance and adherence to a professional dress code.
