Job description

Express is hiring injection molding machine operators for a great company in Vicksburg. This is a contract-to-hire role. All shifts available.


Shift Times:

  • 1st shift: 6:45 am - 3:00 pm (M-F)
  • 2nd shift: 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm (M-F)
  • 3rd shift: 10:45 pm - 7:00 am (Sun-Th)
  • 4th shift: 6:45 am - 7:00 pm (Sat/Sun/Mon; Paid for 40 hrs)
  • 5th shift: 6:45 pm - 7:00 am (Fri/Sat/Sun; Paid for 40 hrs)


Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour


Job Duties:

  • Operate injection molding machines to produce high quality parts.
  • Continuously monitor quality of parts coming out of the machine.
  • Record production activities: scrap, production counts, attribute data etc.
  • Follow detailed directions and guidelines.
  • Package parts.
  • Perform work assignments given by supervisor and participate in training.


Job Requirements:

  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Dependable and motivated.
  • Communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to stand extended periods of time.
  • Read and write in the English language.
  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
