Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a custom machining facility in the Capital Region to add a CNC Manufacturing Technician who thrives on variety, precision, and ownership. This is not high-volume production—every day brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to make an impact.

Your mission

• Own full-cycle work: set up and operate Mazak CNC machining centers
• Program and edit at the machine to deliver tight-tolerance results
• Run custom and short-run jobs with pride in craftsmanship
• Switch materials with confidence: stainless, aluminum, plastics, Inconel, specialty metals
• Translate blueprints/technical drawings into high-precision parts
• Verify quality with precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
• Keep your area organized and safe; collaborate to overcome obstacles

What it takes

• CNC machining experience required
• Setup experience strongly preferred
• Mazak experience preferred
• Multi-axis or 5-axis experience preferred
• Proficiency with blueprints and precision measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic mindset
• Job shop experience preferred
• Stable work history and team-oriented approach

• Job Type: Full-Time | In Person
• Pay: $24.00 – $34.00+ per hour (based on experience)
