Automotive Master Technician (A-Tech) – $50/Hour + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Master Technician (A-Tech) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician with extensive diagnostic and repair experience across both domestic and import vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with a wide variety of domestic and foreign makes, including Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and others
• Ability to perform advanced diagnostics, drivability repairs, electrical diagnosis, engine repair, transmission work, suspension, steering, HVAC, and maintenance services
• Own tools required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ASE Certifications preferred but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform quality repairs efficiently and accurately
• Inspect vehicles and communicate repair recommendations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism
• Assist in mentoring less experienced technicians when needed
