Outpatient PT in a great college town.


Expa is partnering with Rock Valley Physical Therapy to find a full-time Physical Therapist in Iowa City. Rock Valley is a therapist-led outpatient group rooted in Midwest communities, looking for a PT who wants mentorship, clinical growth, and a team that supports great patient care.


Rock Valley has been providing physical and occupational therapy services since 1984 and is known for orthopedic, sports, and hand therapy services. This is a strong fit for a new grad looking for structured support, or an experienced PT who wants to grow within a clinician-led organization.

What you will do

  • Evaluate and treat a varied outpatient caseload
  • Build personalized care plans based on each patient’s goals
  • Guide patients from first visit through recovery
  • Use clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment to help patients improve function
  • Collaborate with other therapists and specialists across the Rock Valley team
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, CE, and peer support


What Rock Valley is looking for

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
  • Active or pending Iowa PT license
  • New grads and experienced therapists both welcome
  • Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports, manual therapy, or specialty care
  • A patient-centered mindset and interest in long-term clinical growth
