Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and close partnerships with chain and independent pharmacies, retail stores, supermarkets with pharmacies, public health agencies, municipalities, universities, and digital health companies. Expand market share by forging strong relationships with key decision-makers across these verticals.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan that maximizes brand visibility and revenue growth. Drive lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at major industry conferences and trade shows, showcasing our state-of-the-art at-home testing services. Network with potential partners, gather market insights, and foster new business opportunities.

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.

Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners and flawless customer experiences. Lay the foundation for a future sales organization; recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team as the company scales.

Qualifications

Experience: MUST HAVE Minimum 2+ years' proven success in healthcare, diagnostics, or similar industries with established relationships in pharmacies, retail, public health, higher education, or digital health sectors. Nice to have Proven Sales Achiever: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing pipelines, and closing deals in a B2B environment. Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for establishing credibility and trust quickly. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a startup settingflexible, adaptable, and eager to help shape a growing organization.
