Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Fall semester Student Center Building Manager in the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership. This position will be from 6 August until 4 December 2026, with an option to remain through the Summer Semester if interested.
Responsibilities
  • This position assists with daily operations within the office and manages the Hoag Student Center during after office hours on the Dahlonega campus.
  • This position is often the first point of contact for patrons of the office and supports student organization and/or departmental events occurring in the evening and during weekends.
  • Shifts are available during open building hours Monday-Friday from 1pm-11pm, 10am-6pm on Saturdays and 3pm to 11pm on Sundays.
  • A uniform is required for this position which will be provided by the employer.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Working knowledge of Campus Operations and Departments, locations of campus buildings, general knowledge of the Dahlonega downtown area.
  • Customer Service skills, computer skills (Word, Exel, etc.).

Required Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Audio/Visual equipment skills are preferred, but is not required.
