Executive Protection Agents

We are currently seeking both armed and unarmed security guards to provide professional security services at an apartment complex in Columbia, SC. This role requires individuals holding a SLED certification or South Carolina Guard Card and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to ensure round-the-clock coverage. The position involves team-based work, utilizing CCTV monitoring, and engaging with residents and visitors regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and ensure safety
• Prepare detailed incident reports for all security events
• Maintain perimeter security to prevent unauthorized access
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations consistently
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify and respond to potential threats
• Work assigned fixed or on-call shifts to maintain coverage
• Collaborate with team members to manage security operations effectively
• Engage with the public to provide assistance and ensure community safety

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in security operations
• Valid SLED certification
• South Carolina Guard Card
• Proficient in conflict resolution and communication
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
