Remote | Part-Time | $25/hour | Long-Term Opportunity

Executive Leaders Radio is looking for a motivated, resourceful guest outreach and booking coordinator to identify, contact and book CEOs and senior business leaders for our nationally recognized radio show and podcast.

This is a great fit for someone with a background in journalism, media, sales, recruiting, public relations, business development or other outreach-driven work who knows how to follow a lead, track down the right person, get someone on the phone and follow through until they get an answer.

There is nothing to sell and no cost for executives to participate. But we are looking for the persistence and determination of a strong salesperson combined with the curiosity and resourcefulness of a good journalist or producer.

What You'll Do

• Research and contact prospective CEO and senior executive guests by phone and email
• Make cold calls and confidently introduce the show and guest opportunity
• Track down executives and find alternate ways in when the obvious approach doesn't work
• Navigate gatekeepers and follow up consistently and professionally
• Manage multiple leads and conversations at different stages
• Turn outreach into confirmed interviews
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups and bookings
   

Who We're Looking For

You should be someone who:

• Is confident and professional on the phone and comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
• Knows how to follow a lead and track someone down
• Is persistent without being pushy
• Is curious, resourceful and willing to try another approach
• Is comfortable communicating with CEOs and senior executives
• Can independently manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Is comfortable wearing many hats- we're a small, collaborative team with a definite startup feel, so flexibility and a willingness to jump in where needed are important
   

Experience in journalism, media production/booking, sales, business development, recruiting, public relations, fundraising or executive outreach is especially valuable.
