Electrical company specializing in solar, batteries, generators, electrical contracting and engineering services is looking for an inside sales representative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established and highly regarded business in this space. You will work directly with the owners of the company. Both owners believe in growing their employees, are hands on and will provide the support needed to learn the position requirements. The ideal candidate will be professional and self-motivated. They will be interested in learning new things, growing with the company and have the ability to take ownership of their tasks.

Job Duties:

• Receive incoming sales leads via phone, email and marketing partners
• Input requests in company CRM (Zoho)
• Create designs and proposals using provided software (Aurora / Energy Toolbase)
• Send custom designs and proposals
• Schedule virtual meetings with prospective customers to review proposal and answers questions (Microsoft Teams)
• Follow up on meetings
• Book jobs and work with team on closing out steps
• Follow up with customers, ask for reviews and answer any questions

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years sales experience in solar with a proven track record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Bachelors or associate’s degree.
• The ability to learn new things as required in the position.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

• Base: $25-$35 / hour ($52,000-72,800 / year) plus commission (estimated earnings $70,000-$100,000 / year)
• Health insurance and paid time off included after 90-day probationary period.

This is a full-time position based in the company office in the El Dorado Hills business park.
