Lead the product strategy and technology roadmap for Scalata's enterprise generative AI platform, transforming financial workflows across the credit lifecycle.

Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams to build AI-powered solutions for financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered financial products
• Conduct user research and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for generative AI solutions
• Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Data teams to translate business needs into product requirements
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Data, and Engineering organizations
• Establish quality standards and performance metrics for AI-powered platform capabilities
• Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction through key performance indicators
• Oversee frontend platform development, customer use cases, product specifications, and delivery
• Drive innovation in enterprise AI solutions for banks, asset managers, and financial institutions

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or AI-powered products
• Experience implementing product management solutions within Databricks environments
• Strong understanding of financial markets, credit workflows, and enterprise financial systems
• Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies
• Experience with Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
