Job description

ExcelHealth Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled podiatrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various foot and ankle conditions for nursing home residents throughout the state in this traveling position.

Travel

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling and working with relative autonomy. Full state coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients' feet and ankles to diagnose conditions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided.
  • Monitor vital signs and assess overall patient health during visits.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in podiatric medicine and participate in continuing education.
  • Frequent communication with scheduling team.

Requirements

  • Valid state license to practice podiatry.
  • Valid malpractice coverage or ability to acquire.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with compassion and professionalism.
