Exactitude, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time, day-shift, Shop Assistant for our Air-Conditioned Mesa facility:
The preferred candidate should have basic mechanical aptitude and be able to perform simple physical tasks.
Duties for this position include general shop and building maintenance, cleaning, organizing, preventative maintenance on machinery, machine operation and deburring of machined parts.
Deliveries with company truck are also required.
We will train the right candidate for any and all duties and tasks associated with this position.
Candidate must have:
*Valid drivers license
*Clean driving record
*Positive attitude, good attendance, solid work-ethic
*Good communication skills
*Ability to work both independently and as a team player
*Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening test
Position requirements:
*Full-Time - Day Shift
*Basic Mechanical Aptitude
*Able to perform simple physical tasks including climbing short ladders, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
*Pride in work output, good follow-through
