Title: SAP EWM Support Engineer - L1 / Warehouse Automation

Role Descriptions:
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide onsite support to Warehouse Support in a 16X6 rotating shift schedule (Morning, Provide on-site SAP EWM Level 1 support in a 16x7 rotating shift model (Morning/Evening). Support warehouse operations including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Movements, and Production Supply processes. Perform initial diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP EWM production issues. Monitor and support interfaces between SAP EWM and other warehouse systems. Provide hands-on support to business users and warehouse floor operations. Manage incidents, track issue resolution, and coordinate escalations as required. Monitor system performance and integration health. Maintain SOPs, support documentation, and knowledge articles. Coordinate with customer, vendor, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution. Communicate status updates and resolutions to stakeholders
