EvoSkin is a U.S. distributor of medical aesthetic capital equipment — energy-based lasers and regenerative technologies sourced from leading European manufacturers. We supply plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nurse practitioners, and medspas with the devices they need to grow their practices.

The Role

We're looking for a Houston-based sales representative to drive capital equipment sales — lasers and energy-based devices — to plastic surgery, dermatology, and medspa practices across the greater Houston market. This is a commission-driven, independent contractor role built for a self-directed sales professional with a track record closing high-ticket capital equipment deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, present, and close capital equipment sales to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, NPs/PAs, and medspas in the Houston territory
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, quoting, negotiation, and close
• Build and maintain relationships with practice owners and clinical decision-makers
• Represent EvoSkin's device portfolio and stay current on specs, indications, and competitive positioning
• Report pipeline and sales activity on a regular cadence

Requirements

• Proven experience selling capital equipment (medical device capital equipment strongly preferred; aesthetic/laser device experience a plus)
• Track record closing high-ticket sales ($20K+ deal sizes)
• Existing network within the Houston medical aesthetics market preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating independently as a 1099 contractor
• Reliable transportation for in-practice visits and demos

Compensation

• $3,000/month draw against commission
• 20% commission on all capital equipment sales, uncapped
• 1099 independent contractor
