Onsite Property Manager Wanted 

Position: Onsite Property Manager 
Location: San Fernando, CA 
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Compensation: Salary + 1-Bed Unit 

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsive to tenant needs, and experienced in property management, leasing, and basic maintenance coordination. 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents  
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling  
• Assist with leasing, move-ins, recertifications, and tenant files  
• Collect rent and maintain accurate records  
• Help ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and property policies  
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal  
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly  
• Work closely with ownership and management staff  

Qualifications 

• Previous property management experience required  
• Affordable housing experience required (Section 8, LIHTC, HUD, or similar programs)  
• Strong organizational and communication skills  
• Ability to manage tenant relations with professionalism and compassion  
• Experience with rent collection, notices, and basic compliance procedures  
• Computer proficiency including email and property management software  
• Bilingual English/Spanish required 
• Strong leasing and lease-up preferred
