Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

Manage and organize sales documentation and client records.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate team member.

Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed.

Maintain an organized and efficient filing system, both digital and physical.

Support the sales team in various day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous Insurance assistance strongly desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
