Evolution Physical Therapy, Inc. is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Hoboken, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding our patients toward functional recovery and improved quality of life. Our facility, an impressive 5000 square feet sports medicine center, is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources, allowing our team to deliver personalized and effective treatment. We take pride in our approach to patient care, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions. As a team of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), we emphasize collaboration and continual support throughout the recovery process.

Work Environment

This role will be based onsite at our Hoboken rehabilitation facility, where you will find a supportive and dynamic work environment. You will be working during our business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our practice predominantly serves patients with private medical insurance, allowing us to prioritize quality treatments without the constraints of corporate policies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals, functional limitations, and treatment needs.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, facilitating a focused and personalized rehabilitation experience.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that include various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitative techniques.
• Utilize cutting-edge manual therapy techniques to enhance patients' range of motion and alleviate discomfort.
• Provide education on pain management strategies to reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, specifically utilizing WebPT.
• Motivate and inspire patients to fulfill their therapy goals, incorporating fitness and wellness strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and trainers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans dynamically based on patient feedback and progress.
• Continuously educate yourself and your patients on the importance of injury prevention and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Evolution Physical Therapy, Inc., we predominantly serve orthopedic patients dealing with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. These may include post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and postural alignment concerns. Our goal is to work closely with each patient, understanding their unique circumstances and tailoring our treatments accordingly, ultimately improving their mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques suitable for orthopedic care.
• Solid competency in developing and implementing personalized exercise protocols.
• Experience utilizing EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to document patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Previous involvement in collaborative multidisciplinary care teams.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate patients and drive success through innovative programming.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
