We're looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Director of Business Development to identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships that accelerate Evite's growth, and create new revenue opportunities. Come join the party!

Core Capabilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identifies, evaluates, negotiates, and launches partnerships that drive revenue, user growth, and long-term business value.
• Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Understands market trends, partnership economics, and competitive dynamics to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities.
• Relationship Building & Influence: Develops trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders while effectively negotiating agreements and influencing decisions.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Leads initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Merchandising to successfully bring partnerships to market and deliver measurable results.
• Analytical & Results-Oriented Mindset: Uses data and performance metrics to prioritize opportunities, measure success and to optimize partnership performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Evite's business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that drive revenue, user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Identify new monetization opportunities across venues, sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, and media.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, agencies, and industry leaders.
• Lead negotiations including commercial terms, partnership structures, legal coordination, and long-term partnership management.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and Merchandising to launch and optimize partnerships.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and market analyses to prioritize opportunities and support decision-making.
• Monitor partnership performance using KPIs and recommend optimizations to maximize value for both Evite and partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with B2B, brand partnerships, advertising, affiliate marketing or commerce partnerships.
• Existing network of relationships across consumer brands, retailers, media companies, agencies, or technology partners.
• 5-10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships..
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action.

The compensation range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000.
