The Vice President of Enrollment provides strategic leadership and oversight for enrollment operations, funnel performance, and enrollment outcomes across Evidence In Motion's university partner programs. This role leads enrollment and support teams, driving a high-performing, data-driven approach to managing the full inquiry-to-enrollment funnel and delivering an exceptional prospective student experience.
This role requires a proven leader who has successfully led large, distributed enrollment organizations and is known as a strong coach and developer of people, capable of building high-performing teams.
The VP Enrollment partners closely with Marketing, Partner Services, Clinical Ops, Academics, and Technology to design scalable enrollment strategies that support program growth, strengthen the prospective student experience, and deliver on university partner goals.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own enrollment performance across the full inquiry-to-enrollment funnel for all partner programs, developing and executing strategies that meet or exceed partner and organizational goals.

  • Lead a large, distributed enrollment organization through directors and managers, ensuring clear goals, consistent performance management, and strong operational execution.

  • Serve as a coach and developer of people, building leadership capability and a high-performing culture across the enrollment function.

  • Establish clear performance expectations, coaching frameworks, and accountability structures that enable teams to perform at scale while maintaining a high-quality prospective student experience.

  • Monitor and actively manage key enrollment performance metrics including inquiry volume, conversion performance, and enrollment outcomes.

  • Oversee performance across the enrollment funnel including inquiry management, speed-to-lead, engagement strategy, conversion performance, and enrollment forecasting.

  • Leverage analytics to forecast enrollment outcomes, identify conversion opportunities, and continuously optimize the prospective student journey.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partner Services, and Technology to ensure alignment between lead generation, inquiry engagement, and enrollment conversion strategies.

  • Partner closely with Managing Directors and university stakeholders to align enrollment strategy with institutional priorities while maintaining clear accountability for enrollment performance across the partner portfolio.

  • Lead enrollment readiness for new program launches, ensuring enrollment processes, technology platforms, funnel setup, and staffing plans are in place to support successful program start.

  • Monitor market and enrollment trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership and university partners.

  • Ensure operational excellence through documented processes, adherence to university, state, and federal regulations, and a consistent focus on quality in all student interactions.

  • Optimize CRM and communication platforms in partnership with Marketing and Technology to enhance automation, scalability, and speed to lead.

  • Support organizational design and capacity planning to align staffing models with growth objectives and partner needs.

  • Manage resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and forecasting, to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in enrollment management, preferably within an OPM or higher education environment. Healthcare program experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated success leading large enrollment or admissions organizations, including experience managing through multiple layers of leadership.

  • Experience leading enrollment operations across multiple programs or partners with responsibility for high-volume inquiry pipelines and conversion performance at scale.

  • Proven success leading multi-functional enrollment teams in a data-driven, results-oriented culture.

  • Experience managing CRM systems, optimizing the inquiry-to-enrollment funnel, and delivering accurate enrollment forecasts.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external university partners.

  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Recognized as a strong people leader who develops managers, builds high-performing teams, and drives accountability for results.
