Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Yuba City, CA, for an Associate Social Worker (ASW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). The candidate will provide direct counseling and support to clients, assist in developing treatment plans, and maintain accurate client records. Responsibilities include conducting individual, family, or group therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Additionally, the role involves working closely with clients to address their specific mental health needs and promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC in the state of California
• Proficiency in individual, family, and group therapy techniques
• Strong skills in treatment planning, case management, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus
• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and providing sensitive care to diverse populations
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field
