DESCRIPTION

As an EverybodyFights Trainer, you take the EverybodyFights experience to the next level. You are a role model for the industry and lead by example in all that you do. You view the facility through the lens of a leader, taking the extra time to listen to a member or keep the facility organized. You are the first person in line for event or media opportunities, and get to contribute to maintaining our positive, community-centric culture through planning team building events and by being you! 

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• CLASSES: Deliver appropriate and high quality classes
• FACILITY: Maintain Organization and Report Issues
• GYM EXPERIENCE: Foster a welcoming environment for members and staff in the four walls. Create an energetic atmosphere in your classes while cultivating positive relationships with the EBF Community.

• Own the Facility
• Facility Cleanliness: 
  • Own the facility, help to keep it clean and encourage team to keep facility clean
  • Report any major cleanliness issues using the Facility Issues Form
• Equipment Organization and Upkeep:
  • Ensure all equipment is in its home and organized
    • After every class taught this needs to be completed
  • Submit maintenance issues and equipment requests using the Facility Issues or Equipment Request Forms on the Team Hub
• Operation of Sound and Technology:
  • Report issues with sound or technology on the Facility Issues Form on the Team Hub
  • Report issues with sound or technology on the Facility Issues Form on the Team Hub

REQUIREMENTS

• NASM, ACE or equivalent Personal Training certification 
• Preferable: Four-year degree in related field 
• CPR certification
