Become an Educator at Evergreen Beauty College!
Our Esthetics program is growing, and we are looking for an Esthetics Educator at our Bellingham Campus.
This position requires a patient, positive professional who wants to help students succeed. We are looking for instructors who demonstrate leadership by building up others and act as advocates for our company.
The position is Full Time and Part Time, Monday - Friday, hours that vary for schedule, with weekends off so you can spend time with your family or care for your clients.
Applicant Requirements
- Must be licensed in Esthetics or Master Esthetics
- Demonstrate leadership skills for teaching and motivating students
- Ability to teach in both classroom and student spa/salon environment
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Note: An Instructor License is required for this position. However, if you do not have one, but are interested in obtaining one, please apply and let us know and we will get back to you with information about our Instructor Training Program.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach, update, and implement curriculum
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Accurately maintain program and student records
- Coach and motivate students
- Resolve student concerns
