• Take inbound calls and match clients to the right life insurance coverage
• Quote, explain, and close policies
• Log details accurately in our CRM
• Hit your targets and keep leveling up

You need:

• Strong communication skills and a good phone presence
• Self-motivation and a real desire to grow
• Reliable internet + a quiet space to work
• Active life & health license preferred (or willingness to get one)
