Job description

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for the planning, development, and maintenance of enterprise application solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, this role focuses on providing business and technical support for key systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Momentus, and other enterprise platforms including portals, workflows, collaboration tools, and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical and technical foundation, excels at translating business needs into effective technical solutions, and communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an IT support, systems analysis, or coordination role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting or implementing enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and Momentus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Deliver solutions and provide functional and technical support across multiple enterprise platforms, including Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, Momentus, Zendesk Customer Support Portal, and public-facing websites.
  • Provide basic project management for small to mid-sized initiatives related to the integration, enhancement, or upgrade of enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, define process workflows, and configure systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to elicit and gather requirements, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues in coordination with technical and functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Business Stakeholders to resolve issues and complete enhancements to deliver on business requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including, but not limited to business requirements, system specifications, diagrams, workflows, and user guides.
  • Support the execution of Operations-IT integration strategies in alignment with senior Business Operations and IT management goals.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system design, streamline processes, and improve overall application functionality.
