The position will be a Lead Installer and assemble, deliver & install warehouse racking, pallet racks, mezzanines/platforms, garment rack, shelving fixtures, floor railing, safety bollards and guard rails and other warehouse fixtures and equipment. The applicant should have experience using propane and electric powered lift equipment.

Essential Job Functions:

Primary Function of Lead Installer includes managing and assist in the preparation, delivery, installation, and completion of the projects on a daily basis, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Prepare material for customer projects based on the daily scheduler (includes but is not limited to unpacking, installing, testing, preparing and assembling required parts prior to loading on trucks when necessary).

• Load and unload delivery trucks using 2-wheeled hand cart and/or forklift to move equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy material required for warehouse installations.
• Advanced construction working skills used to build and install warehouse fixtures and equipment.
• Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time.
• Operate power tools and the use of hand tools that are required.
• Ability to work overnight hours on occasion. Early/late schedules on occasion.

Qualifications:

• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Must have own tools, company provides major tools for team usage.
• Must pass background and drug test screening
• 3 years of experience preferred but not required
• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Scissor Lift and Forklift Certification a plus
