What You'll Do:
  • Be the friendly voice (and email) of our company.
  • Assist customers with orders, questions, and solutions.
  • Partner with the office, production, shipping and quality teams to keep orders moving.
  • Track details like a detective - no order left behind!

What makes you a great fit:
  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills, - clear, professional, and friendly.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
