Business Development Manager – Great Lakes East

Location: Remote

Reports To: Director of Sales
Compensation: $75,000 annually

Position Summary

Eufora International is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager – Great Lakes East to grow sales and develop key accounts within the professional salon industry.

In this role, you will identify and engage prospective salon partners, strengthen relationships with existing accounts, and provide tailored solutions that support our customers' business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, results-oriented, and passionate about building long-term partnerships within the professional beauty industry.

This is a remote, territory-based position requiring regular travel throughout the designated territory, including local travel, air travel, and overnight trips.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key premier accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to salon owners and professionals.

  • Identify and develop prospective Eufora customers by researching potential accounts, understanding their needs, and aligning Eufora products, education, and support programs with their business goals.

  • Drive sales growth within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to increase product penetration and market share.

  • Provide high-level support to premier accounts, including personalized planning, ongoing education, product training, and business best practices.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to effectively support salon customers and their continued growth.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and use those insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to ensure alignment in messaging, promotions, and brand initiatives.

  • Track and report sales activity, account status, performance metrics, customer feedback, and growth opportunities.

  • Represent Eufora at industry events, trade shows, salon presentations, and other events to promote the brand and strengthen relationships within the salon community.

  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to support product improvements and future offerings.

Qualifications
  • Degree in business or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales or business development, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.

  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of salon operations and the professional beauty industry.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to customer success.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

  • Ability to travel approximately 40–60% within the designated territory, including regular air travel and overnight trips.

Physical Requirements
  • Significant travel within the designated territory, typically 40–60% of the time.

  • Regular air travel, approximately once per month, with additional travel depending on business needs.

  • Ability to lift, push, and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods during events and on-site client visits.
