Restaurant Operations Manager — Ethereal (Delray Beach, FL)

Ethereal is an upcoming upscale experiential restaurant opening in the heart of Delray Beach, created by internationally recognized designer Nick Alain and Chef Estuardo Mira the team behind Glimmer Café.

Our concept blends romantic industrial design, elevated Floridian cuisine, and immersive hospitality to create an atmosphere that is both refined and inviting. As we prepare for opening, we are seeking a highly organized and dependable Restaurant Operations Manager to help build and maintain the internal structure that supports an exceptional guest experience.

This is a behind-the-scenes leadership role focused on organization, accountability, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities include:

• Inventory tracking and ordering oversight
• Scheduling coordination and team organization
• Implementation and maintenance of company policies and standards
• Basic HR support including onboarding and team documentation
• Daily operational reporting and communication across departments
• Supporting leadership with problem resolution when needed

The ideal candidate:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experienced in restaurant or hospitality operations leadership
• Calm, professional, and solution-driven
• Comfortable managing systems, numbers, and team accountability
• Able to maintain structure while supporting a creative hospitality environment
