Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams and deliver complex full-stack and distributed applications.
- Design and develop scalable microservices and cloud-based solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable payment solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture, design, code reviews, and development.
- Work with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
- Utilize AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases.
- Mentor engineers and establish strong software engineering and Agile practices.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of people/team management experience.
- 1+ year of cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with one or more of Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, or SQL.
- Experience with microservices, APIs, full-stack development, and distributed systems.
