- Active NY State license
- Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of presentation
- Cytology Proficiency Exam required for GYN Cytology
- Hospital-Based Pathology Lab
- Responsible for grossing own specimens and cutting frozen sections
- 4 Physicians, 5 Histotechnologists, 1 Pathology Assistant, 2 Cytotechnologists
- Equipment: Thin prep integrated imager, Cryostat-Avantik QS12UV, Avantik QS II
- Microscopes: Nikon Eclipse E400, Olympus BX41
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC/Beaker
- Trauma Level: Level 3
- Required Procedures: Surgical Pathology, Cytology
- Responsibilities: General anatomic pathology, frozen section analysis, cytology
