Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and needs, utilizing a strengths-based and person-centered approach.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals, families, and groups.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, adapting therapeutic approaches to suit each client’s circumstances.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care aimed at promoting their overall wellness.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, assisting them in accessing essential community resources and support services that can facilitate their recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system.
• Participate actively in ongoing education and training initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients value culturally sensitive approaches, and as a clinician, you will be expected to engage and build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• At least two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience providing social work services, with strong diagnostic skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing trust with a range of clients.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Previous work in telehealth or virtual therapy settings.
• Experience advocating for clients within the community and connecting them with resources.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
