This position offers the unique flexibility of remote work while still being an integral part of a dynamic counseling team. You will have the freedom to design your schedule to accommodate both remote and, when necessary, in-person sessions with clients located in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, including clinical interviews and standardized assessments, to inform treatment planning.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to enhance client coping skills and resilience.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting client progress and interventions effectively.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and addiction specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, empowering them to engage actively in the treatment process.
• Continuously update your knowledge of current best practices in mental health and share insights with colleagues to foster team development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Clients often come from various backgrounds, requiring a nuanced understanding of cultural competence and empathy to effectively address their needs. Your work will directly impact their recovery journey, contributing to improved mental health outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning specific to clinical social work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Comfortable using technology and remote platforms for client engagement and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, especially with clients in recovery from substance use.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Previous experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits

Epiphany Counseling Group offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
