    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance asset value, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, safety regulations, and corporate policies.

    • Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
    • Provide ownership and executive-level reporting on financial performance and operational metrics.

    Resident & Community Engagement

    • Champion an exceptional resident experience through service excellence and proactive communication.
    • Oversee marketing and leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy and minimize turnover.
    • Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment.
    • Address escalated resident concerns with professionalism and solutions-driven problem-solving.

    Client & Stakeholder Relations

    • Serve as the primary liaison between Epic Asset Management and property owners, investors, and stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic recommendations for property improvements, capital expenditures, and long-term asset planning.
    • Conduct regular property evaluations and present findings to senior leadership.
    • Represent Epic Asset Management with professionalism and integrity in all external interactions.

    • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite) and Microsoft 365.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred
