Description

Enhancement Crew Leader - Do you have hardscapes experience? Want to lead a team who also love plants, retaining walls, brick walkways?

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and make the outdoors your office? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our crew!!

Requirements:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Must have Hardscape Experience - retaining walls, walkways, up-lighting, tearing down to build it back better, perhaps even some construction!

Must have Plant Knowledge - once you build it need to now make it look pretty!

Planting and maintaining flower beds

Able to operate but not limited to skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks

Mowing lawns, trimming, and edging borders

Pruning shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth

Mulching, weeding and general garden maintenance

Picking up leaves, trash, cut grass and placing onto burlap and loading onto a truck or trailer

Applying chemicals or fertilizers as appropriate

Operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Maintaining a polite, friendly, and responsive attitude with guests and customers

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Clean Driving License/Clean Background

Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Team player with a positive attitude

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Work Conditions

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
