Description
We are looking for a reliable, part-time Evening Unit Manager to lead our night cleaning team in North/West Jacksonville. You will oversee quality control across multiple buildings, train staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What You Will Do
  • Lead the team: Manage, motivate, and train cleaning employees.
  • Inspect quality: Check completed work to ensure safety and high standards.
  • Solve problems: Handle employee call-outs and customer issues quickly.
  • Manage inventory: Track hours and check cleaning supplies/chemicals.
  • Fill in: Help cover cleaning jobs when staff members are absent.
  • Travel: Drive between different building locations during your shift.

What You Need
  • Experience: 5 years of commercial cleaning + 2 years of supervisor experience.
  • License: Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Schedule: Must be available to work nights and some weekends.
  • Location: Must live in or near North/West Jacksonville to respond to emergencies within 10-15 minutes.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Skills: Fluent in English (speak, read, write) and basic phone/computer skills.
