In this early-stage growth phase, you will be a key contributor in the commercial side of the business. Your efforts will focus on expanding and securing new business opportunities for the company's advanced EV chargers and related products.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the EV charging industry and a strong drive for strategic business development. If you have a background in selling EV charging stations and existing connections within sectors like EV, electrical distribution, real estate, or public infrastructure, you’ll be well-positioned to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market expansion and meet revenue goals by cultivating strong client relationships.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis in the North American EV charging sector to identify new opportunities and client needs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to grow market share.
• Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners, municipalities, and asset managers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of EV charging technologies and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver tailored, persuasive sales proposals and presentations to address client-specific charging needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.

Work Location: 2-3 days onsite in Milpitas per week
