Job description

West Fraser offers a range of exciting career opportunities for individuals seeking challenging and rewarding careers. High Prairie Lumber is currently recruiting for Entry Level Cleanup.

You may submit your resume for consideration to this general position for entry level opportunities. Your application will be kept on file if a relevant opening arises at High Prairie Forest Products. You have:

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Desire to learn, grow and succeed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and crew-building skills
  • The flexibility to work all shifts or weekend clean-up. 

The following will be considered assets: 

  • Experience working in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment 

Compensation Package: 

The hourly pay rate for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location.

High Prairie is a town in northern Alberta, Canada, within Big Lakes County, home to about 2,500 residents. Due to its proximity to the western shores of Lesser Slave Lake, High Prairie has a thriving tourism industry, particularly in the warmer summer months. High Prairie is a busy community full of opportunities for potential growth and adventure. With all the outdoor activities and the beautiful Lesser Slave Lake’s proximity, there are countless ways to fill your time. With the town of Slave Lake (1h drive) and Grand Prairie (2h drive) in close- -proximity, you also have larger center amenities within reach. High Prairie has many things for everyone.
