Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support Enriched Living’s sales and marketing efforts through building community relations and running the sales and intake process for Enriched Living’s Residential Division. This role exists to translate organizational vision, values, and standards into daily execution and owns outcomes within its scope, regardless of who performs the work.

This role ensures that residents have access to new opportunities and are engaged with the community while upholding the Enriched Living mission, brand, and fostering new relationships.

Key Accountabilities

• Educate and inform target markets about the Enriched Living mission.
• Evaluate home needs, process intake applications, and complete new resident intake process.
• Community communication liaison for Residential Division
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives including supportive roles in event coordination, branding tools, web presence, community outreach, and donor relations.

This role is responsible for achieving 3–7 high priority goals each quarter that move the organization forward.

Measurables

This role is measured by:

• Intake Data including number of placements received, waitlist data, and open beds.
• Resident Data including opportunities for engagement, length of stay, and Care Team satisfaction.
• Partnership data including number of community partnerships, revenue generated and leads.
• Marketing data including meeting annual strategic objectives.

Team Oriented

This is a full‐time, salaried position with an annual pay range of $56,000 – $63,000. Based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role requires flexibility to work the hours necessary to fulfill operational accountabilities, ensure high-quality resident care, and support the organization’s mission and core values.
