With the support of the Fractional HR Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function. You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources with 8+ years of HR experience or an equivalent background. You are committed to ongoing education and holding an accredited HR certification is a plus. If you are someone who can juggle multiple priorities, who gets everyone on the same page, and can run the day-to-day HR operations of a business, this could be a role you excel in.  What You'll Do:You'll provide HR support and structure for the organization, manage and process payroll, own talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.
