Job description
Our direct client has a contact center transformation project starting up soon for a Fortune 100 distribution company - 700 seats, 18 locations. We need one experienced consultant for the project to start mid May 2015.
Our Fortune 100 client has just experienced a merger and acquisition and now has 18 call centers with the two primary being located in the Chicago, IL area and Jacksonville, FL area (each of these centers holding more than 200 employees).
SFDC business consultant - to analyze current "as is" and design "to be".
Experience and Skills
Senior functional analyst, who has:
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) certification and Experience in a Call Center Environment
- A strong background in VOIP, networks in general, call center, distribution, and telephony/telecommunications
- A strong background in CRM in a B2B call center
- Distribution & Telephonyvertical market
- Ability to look across all 18 call centers to capture a picture of where they are today in their use of SFDC and put together a road map of where they need to be RE: SFDC use
- Be able to present the plan to the customer and hopefully win Phase II implementation and lead the endeavor.
USA Citizen or those authorized to work in the USA
Preference is to have the candidate be based in Denver, CO to recieve training and go to the local office, but it is not equired as much of this work will be remote or travel to Chicago, Jacksonville. Business travel will be reimbursed 100%.
Client prefers consultant bring his/her own laptop to the engagement.
