In this full-time role, you will provide expert acupuncture services to our diverse clientele, making a profound impact on their overall health and wellness through the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Work Environment

Located in the heart of Cortland, our outpatient clinic boasts a serene and welcoming environment designed for relaxation and healing. You will find a collaborative team of healthcare professionals who value communication and teamwork to provide seamless patient care. Our flexible work schedules (between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday) ensure that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to gather detailed medical histories, health concerns, and treatment goals from patients.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate acupuncture, herbal therapies, cupping techniques, and other modalities derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Administer acupuncture treatments by performing precise needle insertions and adjustments tailored to each patient’s needs, supporting pain relief and accelerated healing.
• Offer lifestyle and dietary guidance to enhance patients' holistic well-being and to facilitate lasting improvements in their health.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare experts like physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for our patients.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, accurately documenting treatments, patient progress, and outcomes to enhance care continuity.

Qualifications

• Current certification and valid licensure as an Acupuncturist in New York State.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to create a trusting and engaging rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an acupuncture clinic or holistic health setting.

• Experience in interprofessional collaboration and effective communication with other healthcare practitioners.

Compensation and Benefits
