Position Summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery is building a trusted network of General Contractors and specialty trade subcontractors to support residential and commercial restoration projects across our family of companies. We are looking for reliable, qualified subcontractors who can be brought on quickly and confidently as project volume grows across our markets, and who can be counted on to deliver quality work on defined

scopes and timelines.


Reporting Relationships

•         Reports To: Project Manager / Field Supervisor on assigned projects

•         Engaged By: Endurant Disaster Recovery and its family of companies


Minimum Qualifications

•         Able to provide a completed W9

•         Able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)

•         Able to provide proof of Workers' Compensation coverage, or a State Waiver

•         Current license and insurance appropriate to your trade, where required by state or local law

•         Reliable transportation and equipment for your trade


Preferred Qualifications

•         Experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade

•         Established track record of meeting project timelines and defined scopes of work

•         Multiple trade certifications a plus


Responsibilities

•         Complete assigned scopes of work to Endurant's quality and safety standards

•         Maintain current W9, COI, and Workers' Compensation coverage or State Waiver on file

•         Communicate proactively with the assigned Project Manager or Field Supervisor

•         Meet agreed-upon project timelines and handoff schedules
