Part-Time Tasting Room Associate

Part-Time | Sundays + Special Events

We’re looking for a warm, personable, and enthusiastic person to join our tasting room team. This is a part-time position primarily focused on Sundays and occasional special events, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible schedule and a fun environment.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, making conversation, and creating a welcoming experience for guests. You don’t need to be a wine expert—but you should have some knowledge of wine or a strong interest in learning.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and create a friendly, relaxed tasting room experience
• Lead wine tastings and talk with guests about our wines
• Share stories about the winery, winemaking, and the wines we produce
• Help guests select wines based on their tastes and interests
• Process sales and assist with wine club sign-ups
• Keep the tasting room clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with special events and private gatherings
• Represent the winery with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

Personality is the most important qualification. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Naturally outgoing and comfortable talking with strangers
• Warm, personable, and genuinely enjoys hospitality
• A good listener who can read a room and connect with different kinds of people
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Flexible and available for Sundays and occasional special events
• Knowledgeable about wine or genuinely excited to learn
• Comfortable speaking about wine in an approachable, non-intimidating way
• Able to create an experience that feels personal rather than scripted

Wine industry or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're more interested in finding the right person and personality.

The Schedule

This position is primarily Sundays, with opportunities to work additional hours during special events, private gatherings, and other winery activities. A flexible schedule is important, as event dates and hours may vary.

The Right Fit

We’re a small winery, so this isn’t a position where you’ll simply be standing behind a counter pouring wine. We want someone who enjoys becoming part of the experience—talking with guests, telling the story of the wines, and making people feel like they’ve found a place they want to return to.
